For those of you who are well versed in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology teaching at BASE will prove self satisfying. Depth of knowledge also throws open the doors of content development. There is a constant churning of the material taught at BASE, so teachers have to keep abreast of current developments. You can move up the ladder in teaching if you show promise. Those with a flair for organizing and communicating could become coordinators. We need to project our record in educational services to students so we welcome persons who excel in marketing. Coordinators and marketers can ascend to the level of centre managers. Opportunities also exist in support services such as Accounts and Computer services.
Positions available
Faculty to train students for IIT-JEE:
Post-graduates with relevant experience in training students for IIT-JEE in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. M.Phil / Ph.D will be an added advantageous.
Faculty to train students for AIPMT:
Post-graduates with relevant experience in training students for AIPMT in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. M.Phil / Ph.D will be an added advantageous.
Faculty to train students for PU & CET:
Post-graduates with experience in training Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology for PU and Karnataka CET. Experience in development of content advantageous.
Faculty to train High School students:
Post-graduate teachers with experience in teaching students at high school or +2 level for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, Biology and Mental Abilities
Post-graduates with experience in teaching History, Civics and Geography to train students for NTSE.
Mentor:
Graduates with a good understanding of learning/teaching methods and a passion to guide students in various learning techniques.
Centre Manager:
Experience in working as Head of an organization handling administration activities. Knowledge in MS-Office preferred.
Admin Executives
Graduates with excellent communication skills and experience in handling administration having adequate knowledge in MS Word & Excel preferred.
Academic Head - Teachers' Training:
The role would be completely responsible for the academic aspects and include them to develop the curriculum and content for the teachers' training program and to build a team of competent teachers for the same. Ideal candidate must be a PhD holder and should have worked as Principal / Professor in Teachers Training Institutes. Experience in handling projects related to teaching/learning styles administratively preferred.
